Ingredients:
1. Maida (white flour ) 2 cups
2. Besan ( Gram Flour) 1 cup
3. Sugar Powedered 1 cup
4. Oil or Ghee 1 cup

Instructions:
1) Using a sieve pour in all the Maida and Besan in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in all the powered sugar as well.
3. Heat the oil or Ghee in a pan and pour this oil in the mixing bowl.
4. Mix it together to make a smooth dough.
5. Make small balls and bake in the oven at 150 - 200 Centigrade for 20 minutes.


Normally a Khatai should crumble in you mouth on biting.
