Ingredients:
In India 50% of the milk being sold in the market is heavily adulterated.

So if you care about your health then do not consume any milk products or sweets made of milk.

Because most of the adulterated milk is consumed by these shops who make sweets or other milk products.

Instructions:
The synthetic milk is produced by mikxing Urea, Oil in water and then adding caustic sodo or ditergent and then they add a little bit of milk.

In 20 litres of this so called milk there will be about 1 litre of real milk.

Yes, the adulterated milk contains

Caustic Soda !!!
Detergent !!!
Urea !!!
Soap !!!


So take this warning seriously.
If you are in India then always buy the milk from the authorised government distributors like Mother Dairy. ( It does reduce the chances of getting the adulterated milk but does not guarantee 100% real milk)

Never drink tea or coffee in a restaurant as these shops are bound to use the cheap milk.

Never buy any sweets from the Sweet shops which contain any amount of milk products.

Never buy Paneer ( Cottage Cheese) from the shops.

Do not eat any milk based recipes like Kulfi, Sweets, Paneer dishses in the restaurant.

If you live outside then

Never buy any Milk based products imported from India, no matter which brand-
like Gulab Jamuns, Barfi, Rasgullas and other such sweets.

Never buy flavoured milks imported from India.

Never buy frozen Paneer imported from India.

Never buy any readymade frozen curries as most of them will use the cream or milk in one way or other.

This is not an exageration, but a trace of Urea or Caustic Soda in your intestine can cause irreversible damage to your body.
